Our prices for liposculpture are all inclusive. There are no additional fees.
Our price includes the procedure, compression garments, necessary medications and all follow up appointments. There is no tax on medical procedures and consultations are free. The price of the first area is at the full price and any additional areas are at the add-on price. Not all patients can have unlimited areas treated during one procedure. A consultation can tell you how many areas you can have treated at one time.

How much does a procedure at Beverly Hills Liposculpture cost?
Our office believes in making liposculpture as simple and easy as possible – and that means we make our prices easy too. We are the only center in the world that offers flat liposuction prices. Our full prices are posted and there are no additional fees so you will know exactly what the cost of your procedure will be before you schedule an appointment. All our liposculpture prices are posted above and the prices do not vary for any individual. You can see the prices for all the areas we treat as well as see the prices for combination procedures ( i.e. more than one area treated in one procedure).
How does the chart for liposuction prices work?
We try to make our liposculpture prices as simple as possible. Your liposuction cost can be determined by calculating the fees from the above table. When calculating your liposculpture fee, the first or most expensive area is at the standard price. Any additional area is priced at the treated area's add-on price. For example, if you wanted your abdomen and love handles treated, the price would be $4800. If you wanted to add-on your chin, the price would be an additional $1400 (total of $6200). Note, if you wanted to just have your chin treated, the liposuction price would be $2400. If you have the chin treated at the same time as the abdomen and love handles, you are saving $1000 on the price of the chin ($1400 with the full abdomen and love handles versus $2400 for the chin alone).
How much does SmartLipo skin tightening cost?
For patients who want additional skin tightening, we offer the newest 18 Watt SmartLipo laser system from Cynosure for an additional $500 per area. While the SmartLipo skin tightening laser can be used on any area of the body, the most common areas patients choose to have additional skin tightening are the abdomen, arms, inner thighs or chin. The laser is optional and is not necessary for the majority of patients.
Are the fees variable depending on my size or how much fat I need removed?
No. Our liposuction fees do not vary. The prices above are the same for everyone, regardless of size or amount of fat to be removed.
Are there any additional fees or taxes?
No. Our prices are reasonable and all inclusive. The liposculpture prices above include the procedure, necessary medications, recovery supplies, compression garment, follow up appointments and any potential revision surgery. We do not have additional fees of any kind. Consultations are free of charge.
When can I use the add-on liposculpture price for the area I want treated?
The add-on liposuction price is used when you have more than one area treated during a single procedure. Every procedure has one area at the standard price and all additional areas at the add-on price for that specific area. If you come back for a second procedure, one area will be at the standard price and any other potential areas will be at the add-on price.
If I book more than one appointment, are all the area priced at the add-on price?
No. The add on price is only used for additional areas treated in a single procedure. If you come back to our office for a second procedure, the most expensive area you wish to have treated is at the standard price and all additional areas are at the add-on price.
Are there any discounts or specials?
We believe in being honest and fair to everyone. Our liposculpture prices are reasonable and all inclusive and our prices are the same for everyone. We do not have any discounts and we do not run any specials. Our complete and current prices are posted above.
Is there a cash discount?
No. Our liposuction prices are the same for everyone regardless of payment method.
How can I pay for my liposuction procedure?
We accept Cash, Visa, MasterCard and American Express, Wire Transfer, Bank or Personal Checks, and CareCredit Financing. We do not accept Discover Card. You can pay with Pay Pal by sending payments to info@dralanbittner.com. All wire transfers and checks, including bank checks or cashiers checks must be received by our office at least 7 days before your scheduled procedure. We require a $500 deposit when making a procedure appointment and the balance of the full payment is due 7 days before the scheduled procedure date. ( View our cancellation policy). What is the cancellation policy for procedures?
You can reschedule or cancel your appointment without any penalty if you do so at least 7 days before your procedure. In order to make sure that every patient has access to the procedure time that works best for them, you will incur a penalty if you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 7 days notice. If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 7 days notice, you will forfeit your deposit and you may lose 50% of your procedure fee. Please be courteous to our office and our other patients and let us know of any changes to your schedule that may affect your procedure date as soon as possible.
