Hey!
Well its been a week now... my arms feel great... they are still a little numb, I dont really get any pain, the swelling has gone down heaps and the bruising has cleared!!! The holes healed over really quickly and I barely had to take the pain medication at all.
I was a little too nervous about the proceedure to remember the name of the kind man who did my arms, if you could again pass on my thanks, he was very reassuring and made the proceedure a breeze.
The entire experience was exceptional, all the staff were so friendly and accomodating.
I am soooooooo happy with my new arms... or lack there of!!!!
Sincerely,
LB
Dear Dr. Bittner, Thank you so much for everything! Its been almost a week and although i still have some swelling and a little pain I can already see extraordinary results! My stomach is so flat and my waistline the smallest Ive ever seen! My abdominal area was always a problem for me and even when I could lose weight everywhere else I was never able to get a tight looking stomach. When I took off the compression garments and saw how tiny my waist line and that my lower abdominal "pouch" was gone I was shocked! I've never seen myself with such a nice figure! As for my chin its still swollen and I have not seen much result yet but I don't expect to this early in the recovery but I'm sure with time I will be pleasantly surprised. I'm very excited about the next coming weeks and months as the whole process of my body's and face transformation takes place. By the way the post-operative instructions you gave me were so thorough and concise it answered every question i had I never had a need to call you in your office. Thank you Dr.Bitner, and your entire team that were there for me that day (sorry I can't remember the names I'm very bad at that) you were all so excellent and friendly. Thank you all again for making this such a pleasant and fun experience for me! I will keep you and your staff posted on my results and would love to come in for an "after" shot to compare with my "before" shots after the full results takes place.

I highly recommend liposculpture to anyone who is thinking about it. Dr. Bittner and his staff are amazing. They make you feel really safe and well-taken care of it. I had full abdomen and love handles done and it was amazing how well I felt after the procedure. The procedure is not painful- they first inject a numbing solution and then use a tool to suck it out. You are awake and can feel it but it dosnâ?Tt hurt. The swelling is the worse the first two days but I felt much slimmer right away. I had about 5 lbs sucked out and I dropped 1-2 dress sizes. I can wear a size 0 and you can even see a six pack on my abs. Since I am in my 20s, I was told that I would see final results in 3 months and they were right. The results got better and better and now my body has fully bounced back. I am not lumpy at all and the injection sites are healing pretty well. Iâ?Tve been complimented by many people on my slimmer figure despite losing only 5 lbs. Even my bikini waxist was surprised by how well I look after my procedure compared to people who have traditional liposculpture. I go to the gym regularly but it was so hard to target the abdomen and love handles. I hope to never to gain my weight back but going to Dr. Bittnerâ?Ts was the best money I have spent. I am so happy with my new figure and feel so confident in myself.

Dr. Bittner & your Team, All of you are the "Best"! You would have to be for me to come back 4 times for different procedures! AS you all know I have been through 25 major surgeries, and can say to anyone who reads this that I have never looked forward to going to the Dr.'s as I did with your office! Everyone that works in your office are the most Understanding, kindest, extremely attentive staff I have ever had. I have to say that everyone and everything runs like a well oiled machine! Your office is the first that I have been in where the Calmness and Stress free atmosphere is so completely relaxing!!!! That alone makes each and every procedure go along very smoothly. And I can't forget to mention how much of a Pleasure it is to be welcomed with beautiful Smiles from each and everyone of you!!! I am so happy with the results of each part of my body that you have done! I feel Great, I look Great and I want to Thank each and every one of you for that! Dear Dr. Bittner, Thank you so much for your considerate call to check on my status. I can honestly say, that from the moment I found your site on the internet until now I have had nothing but a wonderful experience with you and your staff. You were all extremely professional and reassuring. From my first call with Michelle, to my follow up scheduling with Jonathan and the actual procedure itself with Dina, Phil and yourself I could not have asked for better care. Having a large chest has always bothered me and killed my shoulders and I can't thank you enough for the work that you did. The procedure was only three days ago so I am a little black and blue, but so much smaller already. I know once the swelling goes down it will be even better. I went walking around Rodeo Drive the night I had the liposculpture done and aside from the bruising have had no complications. I have told everyone about you and the fabulous liposculpture that you do. I think e service you offer, with the wonderful information on your site are just fantastic. Keep up the good work. I cannot believe you took that much fat out of my breasts and the little audits area almost completely gone in just three days. There obviously will be no scar and I have not had any of the itching that everyone has talked about. Again, just an all-around wonderful experience. You and your staff don't just seem nice, you are nice, and that made the whole experience so much easier. I am looking forward to buying bras at a regular store for the first time since I was 14! Thank you again. Sincerely,
KA

Dr. Bittner & Team,
I love all of you! I really appreciate the care and attention you showed to me and my mom over the two days I was lucky enough to spend at your office. I look much better already and my confidence is already improved. I'm feeling great and I will come back in the spring to show those hot studs in LA my new bod!

Dr. Bittner and BHL staff, thank you so much for the great experience!! It has been 2 weeks since my procedure and I feel great. My stomach looks flat and my love handles are gone. I didn't think that I was going to see the results so soon, but I am glad and can not wait to see how I am going to look in 3-6 months. All the bruising is gone and I am back to eating healthy and exercising. I am lookng forward to fitting in to my skinny jeans again. Thanks again for the awsome job on my stomach and love handles and I will be visiting you guys again for my "after" picture. You guys are the best!!!

Hello Dr.: I've been so busy showing off my new shape that I haven't taken a time to thank you for my new figure and thank you for the beautiful flowers!!! Well its been three weeks since my procedure (saddlebags) and I'm fitting into my pre-baby clothes. I was not pleased my PEAR shaped body on my small 4'11 frame I even feel taller :). Both My husband and I noticed within the first week.... I'm thrilled without my saddle bags and would do it again in a heart beat. This was one of the best anniversary presents my hubby has ever given me.

this is too funny! you know i don't remember this, right? how did you get me to sit up to take this picture? i'm actually leaning. okay, leaning is more like it. i remember very little beyond Joe holding my hand and cracking jokes and John just being a total sweetheart. i think i remember asking when was dr. bittner going to come in and i believe i was told he was already finished. time flies when you're having fun, especially when you don't know it! you guys (and girls) are the absolute best - it just doesn't get any better than this. you are all so attentive, so warm and caring. it's not supposed to be like this. and a doctor who calls the following day to touch base? unheard of. and the sweet little girl who walked me to my hotel... i hope i didn't do anything to embarass her when we were walking down the street... like try to flash anybody? whew, now that's a scary thought. seriously though, I couldn't have chosen a better birthday present for myself - i turned 46 today (three days after my surgery)! one last thing: how ever did you get me dressed in those tight-fitting garments? that's okay, i don't want to know. spare me the details! the night of my surgery i treated myself to a delicious dinner and a pomegranate mojito, yum yum. then i slept all night. yes, i was very sore. and on saturday more sore, and on sunday even more sore, but the soreness peaked sunday night and by monday morning i was back at work like normal ready to hit the gym at noon. this was not surgery at all - it was a couple of hours of the best pampering i have ever known. God bless you all.

Dr. Bittner - Thank you so much for the beautiful flowers I received this weekend - what a lovely surprise! I want to thank you, Dr. Rollins, and your great support staff for making me feel comfortable prior to, during, and certainly after the procedure. Dr. Rollins was so great - we listened to some cool rock music during the procedure which was just the right thing to put me at ease. Also, the instructions you sent home with me have been a great help to let me know the side effects are all normal - and what to expect going forward. Certainly I'll be in touch if I have any questions - but for now, I guess it's all about time and healing. Thanks again Dr. Bittner - I look forward to the nice results to come. :) Regards,
DP
Dr. Bittner & BHL Staff, Wow!!! I tried on my size 4 dress pants 2 weeks after my procedure and they fit with room to spare! Itâ?Ts so nice to have my 18 year old waist size back, flat tummy and no muffin top. I had the full abs, love handles and pelvic done and the results are amazing only after two weeks. The procedure was painless; I could not keep from smiling the whole time. The discomfort was very minimal and very little bruising. I am anxious for the swelling to subside but it was so worth it! Thank you, Dr. Bittner and the BHL team for your professionalism, your unequivocal expertise in the liposculpture field, your personal follow-up phone call and the flowers after a long 8 hr drive home.

OMG! Dr. Bittner, Jonathan and staff:
I took the bandages off today to take a shower and looked in the mirror for the first time since the procedure. I look soooo skinny! You guys are AWESOME! If I look this good after only two days, I can't even begin to tell you how excited I am to see my final results in a few months! I know I am swollen a little and have a little bruising, but other than that, I could walk down a catwalk! HaHa! Thank you again for making me look so good and treating me so well. Oh, I almost forgot! Thank you so much for the flowers too! I can't say it enough, you guys ROCK!
LH
Thank you guys so much for my new arms!! Having lost over a hundred pounds I couldn't understand why they were still so large. My entire life I have wanted to wear a tank top, and I have never been able to. You guys changed my life. Finally, at age 28 I can wear a tank top. My arms look amazing, the skin went back and I even look like I have muscle definition. I went to a personal trainer for almost 2 years to get this, and I never thought it would happen. Tank you soooooo much, you guys are amazing. I have told everyone I know, liposculpture isn't something to hide in my opinion. You guys are artists and all my friends that have areas that they hate, I tell them to go to this website. Thank you so much, and I will see you in December or January for my upper thighs.
EW
Dear Dr. Bittner and Staff,
I wanted to wait a while before I contacted you about my results from my surgery. As I am sure you often hear, the procedure changed my life in a very positive way. I had spent most of my adult life feeling fat, or at least stocky, only because I carried weight in my chin. I wasn't really heavy, it just looked that way. Especially in photos. Getting photos taken were the very worst. I attached a photo here with the "before" photo of me from my wedding in 2003. Imagine such a beautiful bride and next to her I look, well, kinda sickly...
The "after" photo was taken in Mid-September 2008. I feel like I look 5 years younger in the current photo than I did back in 2003. I don't feel like I look 43 years old, and I actually like taking photos now.
The surgery and post-op and results were exactly as advertised. I was scared when I came in and the staff took great care of me. I was bruised like a 10 day old banana after the surgery and your staff fielded my emails, watched the video I sent of the bruising (I live in Northern California, so that was the fastest way to have you guys see what was happening) and I even came back by the office to be checked out the following week when I was in LA on business.
I think one point that was very important to me that I didn't read in any of the testimonials on the website was that having this small 1 hour procedure helped jump start me into a healthier lifestyle.
I don't advertise what I had done, but my favorite inside joke is when people ask me "Did you lose weight?" I always answer, "Yeah, like about 8 ounces!". Thanks again for making me feel better about myself. I may have paid for the surgery, but it still feels like a gift.
Sincerely,
BA
Thank you so much for doing such a great job on me. I thought I wouldn't see results until about 3 to 6 months. But, within a month I saw awesome results. I couldn't believe that my body looked like it did back in high school. I've had a lot of people complement me because I have 4 kids. I will admit that I was sore for the first month but after that everything was back to normal. I can't stop smiling because I'm so happy with the new me. I would definitely recommend anybody to see Dr. Bittner. He's very professional and his staff is wonderful. You will be happy with results 100%. If in the future I want to do more liposculpture. I would go back. Thanks a million.

Dear Dr. Alan.
Thank you very much for your call today, I am doing great so far. I
couldn't be happier........... The fat on my abdominal area has
bothered me for many years, it simply would not go away no matter what
excise I do and how hard I work out. I did a lot of research, talked
to many surgeons in SF bay area before coming to your clinic, I knew I
made the right decision before the procedure even started but
nevertheless I was nervous. It was my very first such procedure.
Please send my thank you note to Trevor for putting me at ease, the
procedure was over before I even realized it. Trevor, if you do come
to SF area, definitely let me know, San Francisco is a great city, you
would enjoy the city so much more if you have a friend who knows the
city. If any of you are into Napa wine, I would also be happy to make
recommendations.
I know my recovering will be smooth, in a few weeks, I will be so much
more confident about my body and myself in general. And thank you, Dr
Alan, for making that happen. Lastly, I have to comment what a
fantastic marketing job you did for your business.
I will send you pictures or visit Rodeo drive soon -- sure I will
bring one of my engineer friends from Google or facebook. Best Regards,
JL
I just wanted to say thank you all so much for making me fill confortable.I really thought it would hurt because jonny is a guy so he might tolerate more pain then a woman.I was so wrong I only felt a poke stick and that was near the top of my stomach.I never knew it could be so easy now that i looked back on it I can see that you scare your self more than the needle. I thought that I would of had more the 1 and a half pints full with fat specially since it came from my stomach and love handles. I looked at my stomach and I like my 1 day old stomach .THANK YOU AND YOUR STAFF FOR TAKING SUCH GOOD CARE OF ME

My consultation day was also my procedure day (July 29, 2008). During my consultation, Dr. Bitter made it a point to ensure that I had realistic expectations so that I would be happy with the end result. I came in for a chin/jowl procedure and it was honestly the best 30 minutes I've ever decided to do. The procedure was quick and easy with very little pain--Dr. Bitter walked me through every sensation and every step so there were no surprises. I was perfectly capable of walking on 4 inch heels immediately after the procedure, and drove myself home. The first 24 hours were a joke. I felt no pain with just slight discomfort; insignificant enough to skip the pain medications that was provided. I really tightened the compression garment and it resulted in quick extraction of the fluids as well as reduced the swelling, albeit just a little uncomfortable. Even with the swelling of the first 24 hours, I could already tell the difference, and it was perfect. I had lost 25 lbs. and although my body was in the proper proportion now, my full cheeks and undefined jaw was another story altogether up until now. Thank you very much Dr. Bitter and staff. You were all fantastic! The most difficult part of this experience was trying to re-attach the compression garment!

Good Morning Dr. Bittner and staff, I'm healing a lot better this time! The full abdomen, love handles, Waist, and Hips, is so much more tolerable than the full thigh. I don't feel the rubber band snapping or needles or pinching that I felt with the full thigh. I had to check to see what I looked like underneath the bandages because it almost feels like nothing was done in some areas. The area where I feel the most discomfort is the tailbone. It pretty much just feels numb and swollen. I was up and around in two days. After going through the full thigh lipo, my recovery today seems "unbelievable." I'm only needing to take over-the counter Tylonol since the second day of the procedure. More importantly, I want to Thank you Dr. Bittner and your staff for giving me hope. You give your sincere and honest opinion about what you think will help and what won't and that's very commendable. The Liposculpture procedure definately gave me a jump start on things. In 6months since my first full thigh procedure I've already lost 50lbs and have changed my food intake and exercise regimen. Before with so much weight on my thighs, not only did I dread wearing pants, but I couldn't even walk freely, it was like carrying weights on my legs. Now my legs feel so much lighter and I actually enjoy walking at the track daily. For once in my life after more than twenty years of diet after diet after diet, even after a gastric-bypass eight years ago, I finally see the light. My goal of reaching 150lbs by the time I'm 40, seems attainable now. Once again, Many Thanks to You and your staff.

Dear Friends, I am so happy with my liposculpture results I can’t believe it. I want to share my results with others who are deciding if this is the right thing for them. I can only say that, “ If I had known how great this would be, I would have done it years ago.”
I had full thighs and knees done first, and then a week later went back for full abdomen, bikini, love handles, and hips. I was nervous about getting so much done in such a short time, but I was assured by the staff that is was perfectly safe, even though the recovery might be a little tough because of the number of areas being worked on.
The day I had my thighs and knees done I could tell immediately, the difference was amazing. I was sore, but the pain could not compete with joy I felt when I looked in the mirror. There is simply no amount of dieting I could have done to shape my thighs like that. I didn’t want to move at all, but I made myself walk at least a couple of blocks. That first day I was still a little wobbly and was glad to have someone to walk with in case I (yikes!) stumbled. Even the first day the pain was tolerable, but I was glad to have some medication, and I took it. The second day the pain was less, and from then on the pain changed to discomfort, like too much exercise.
Every day I forced my body to move a little more, and I found that the more I moved, the better I felt. As good as it felt to just sit on the couch, after not moving for an hour, when I would get up, it would be really uncomfortable.
On day six I was really beginning to get around, but I went back for the second procedure of full abdomen, hips, thighs. Knowing better what to expect, I was ready, but still nervous. I was so happy with the way my legs looked; I wanted my hips and abs to match. Again, the first day I was a little slow, but each day was better. My stomach was as hard as a rock, and very ropy, but really flat. Buy day nine my legs were looking really good, and feeling better, but beginning to itch something fierce. The bruising had faded from dark purple to barely there, and the swelling seemed to reduce a little each day. Massage really helped with the itching, and I was told it was good for the adducts sites too, to help them heal flat and not dimple.
I had some abdominal swelling after the first few days, and was told to expect that area to get really swollen around days five through ten, and did it ever! I felt like I had a wet diaper in my pants for two weeks. Off all the changes my body went through, that was probably the most disconcerting. That was when the message board was lifesaver. Because of all your kind posts, I didn’t freak out and think the worst.
The first time I felt the rubber band snap, I was in line at the grocery, and I thought that somebody did it from behind me. I nearly jumped out of my skin! It took a moment for me to figure out what happened, but it still shocked the heck out of me. That continued for the next couple of weeks and I never got used to it. Every time, I wanted to look around and say, “who did that?”
After six weeks most of the swelling has gone down, and I love the results. I’m still a little sore, and itchy, but it’s less and less. My body is not perfect, but I look so much better than I did before, I couldn’t be happier. I’m exercising more, enjoying a healthy diet, and feel great. My stomach is still kind of hard and ropy, but it seems to be improving gradually, if not quickly. When I get out of the shower I still can’t believe it. I look in the mirror and I like what I see. I gave Goodwill every pair of pants and shorts that I owned. I went from wearing a size 14 to wearing 8s and 10s, and everything looks better on me. I thought that everyone would notice and want to know what I had done, but the swelling took some time to go down, and it wasn’t the shock to others that it seemed like to me. It’s just now that people are beginning to notice and comment that I “look so much more fit”.
Post Script:
It’s been four months and still couldn’t be happier. I spent a week in Tahiti on a sailboat and was thrilled to be comfortable in a bikini. I didn’t feel like I needed to run and hide every time a camera came out. My figure isn’t perfect, but I’m ecstatic. I can wear clothes that I never could before, and now in the summer, I live in shorts. I am no longer a slave to high heels to try to look thinner. My feet are SO happy now in cute flats and sporty sandals. Thank you Dr. Bittner, and your fabulous staff. Words are not enough to express my gratitude, but maybe sharing them can help.

A very belated thank you for such a wonderful experience and great results. I've been a "pear" all my life, with large thighs, way out of proportion to my body. I always dreamed of liposuction, but the risk of general anesthesia, and the problems I had with it in the past, made me rule it out. When I found you on the internet it was like a dream come true. Your staff was so friendly - I can honestly say I ad fun! Was I sore afterward? Yep. Was I bruised? Yep. Would I do it again? In a minute!!! Thank you all so much - now I can wear jeans and not be embarrassed!
KM
Dear Dr. Bittner, Julian, and Trevor. Today is day three following the procedure. I am up and about, a little sore...but not bad. Dr. Bittner, I just wanted to add that from the moment I arrived at your office and was treated so warmly by Julina and then Michelle, I started to become relaxed. The procedure with Trevor was fantastic...although with the laughing gas I probably talked his head off. I am very happy with the procedure. Thank you for sending the photo fo my and you with all that fat. Please feel free to use this comment of your website should you desire. As a retired police sergeant I was skeptical..but not anymore...I recommend it to everyone.

Hello Dr. Bittner & Staff ~ Words of thanks to this amazing staff of people who on a Friday evening at the end of a long day/week - made it their effort to be cordial, kind, attentive, and friendly. From the reception area - where I was greeted with a warm and sincere hello - to the Dr's room where the liposculpure took place - I felt grateful to be in such good hands. The procedure was a breeze...an hour after having both inner & outer lipo, my husband, daughter, and I caught a bite to eat at a local steak house. The next morning we woke up on the early side and opted to catch some LA sights before our flight home to San Francisco . The recovery was faster than I ever expected it to be (thanks to the attentive staff, and detailed guidlines). Just a few days post procedure I was able to start up my yoga and dance classes at a local gym. The adit sites have all closed - and the best part about it is that my inner thighs no longer rub against each other when I walk (In just a few days something which has bothered me for years - is no longer a concern). Thank you all for a steller job! And for being so wonderful!!
AB
I just wanted to let you all know that I'm feeling wonderful! The soreness is going away slowly but I'm still moving on! My procedure was only 3 days ago and I've been walking and on the treadmill and enjoying my visit with my son and his family! It (the procedure)really didn't inconvenience my stay at all. I have 3 other friends that are ready and waiting to see my results and they've had me o email pictures to them. One lives in Hawaii ,one in VA and the other is from TX. I am the ginny pig. And I have great news for them! I can already see a big difference! I'm so excited! And best of all, I'm looking forward to my 4 week look because that will be my 43rd birthday!! This was a gift to myself! I deserve it and I'm so happy I made the decision to go ahead and get it all done on one visit! (full abs, love handles and waist) Thanks for everything. Thanks for being so professional and not being persuasive. You gave your opinion and left it totally up to me. Great job guys!! Maybe I will come back for a follow-up visit when I come back to visit my son again. Thanks so much for changing my life!
BT
Dr. Bittner, I just wanted to say you and your team are awesome! I didn't realize how simple and safe it can be during the procedure! Wow, there was no pain at all during the procedure. This already been my 3rd day and I already can see the difference on my area. Although I am still swollen, bruised, and numb.. I LOVE IT=) Thank you so much for being so sweet during my procedure, and makingme feel comfortable. You guys are amazingly wonderful!
JP
Hello to everyone at your office. I had my upper and lower abs done. I must say Ilook very good and have went down 2 sizes in 6 weeks. I can not wait to have my second procedure done. I think Trevor did my procedure tell him I said great job and THANKS for keeping me calm and pain free. See you soon !!!!!!!!!
KH
Dr. Bittner - forgive my delay in responding to both your wonderful email below with my new Hollywood Glamour Shot, and your message on my cell phone. I cannot tell you how much I appreciate your concern & follow-up, not to mention the GORGEOUS new boobies I am slowly developing. Though bruised, I can already see the difference. I know I am going to be one happy camper without those old melons. You and your team were wonderful. I have already been talking you up to my friends. I told them all, "This is the ONLY place to go when you want to get sucked!!" :-) Seriously, though, thank you so much. I couldn't be happier!! Maybe I'll see you again in a few months for another area....you never know!
N
I'm feeling fine...no pain meds for two days now..I'm really not too sore...the most uncomfortable thing is the zipper on the garment at the bend of my hip when I sit down...the only bruising is in the bikini area..looks like I have on a pink/red bikini bottom...did start to swell on the fourth day...as expected...but still looking good....I must say my butt is bootilicious...LOL. My husband cried when he saw me the first time he thought I looked great......I now have five friends who want to come in the fall...remember I told you I was the guinea pig....thanks for your call I was on the plane, as you thought.... Whatever I had later worked because I knew nothing until the next morning....however my photo with you looks like I've been lost in Margaritaville for a few days.....Thanks and I'll keep in touch...
G
Dr. Bittner, That pic is hilarious! I look like a shrimp next to you. Haha, I guess I am a shrimp at under 4'11". Thank you for being so nice & I really appreciate your expertise in the art of Liposculpture. I felt very comfortable through my entire experience with you & your staff. Thank you for calling today to check on my recovery. I wish I hadn't missed your call. I would have told you I feel absolutely fantastic! I was sore the morning after my procedure, but it was very manageable with an over-the-counter pain reliever. I was running around the next day, just like I do everyday. I threw an all-day birthday party for my big, tough-guy, cop-boyfriend two days later & no one knew that I had any "work" done. I had a bit of bruising which is almost completely gone already. I will be calling your office to schedule my next procedure in a few weeks. Thank you again & I will recommend you to all of my friends & family. Best wishes, M

Dear Dr. Bittner and Staff, I've been trying to figure out a way to write a testimonial that would express how monumentally impressed, surprised, and thankful I am for what you do! (Hopefully this will get the point across!) I've tried everything possible since I was 16 to camouflage my saddlebags. I've always been between a size 6 and 8... had a pear-shaped body, tons of cellulite, and saddle bags that forced my wardrobe to consist of thick materials and A-line skirts. I've worked out like crazy, dieted, tried creams, looked into mesotherapy.... and read every shape and fitness magazine that claimed to "get rid of saddlebags." Obviously to no avail! I came across your website while researching liposuction... and became obsessed with the testimonials... and with the before and after photos. After talking to you on the phone, I just had a feeling that this was the thing for me...being 35, having 2 kids... and being such a skeptic... your honesty and willingness to answer all my questions just made something click in my head. Well... I could type on about my experience at your office... but I think the other testimonials cover how great you all are.... (especially my wonderful escort after the procedure, Jonathon... who claims he got me dressed... but I don't remember a thing!)...... Well, ..........let me just say MY SADDLEBAGS ARE GONE!!! I wish that I could go back and do this when I was 16... and re-do all the trips to the beach where I covered myself with a sarong the second I got up... or all the gym visits with my sweatshirt around my waist. You have changed my life.... Something I've been plagued by and obsessed with for more than half of my life.. is now gone... and while my husband was NOT happy with me for wanting to do the procedure, he is VERY happy with my new found confidence and how eagerly I put on clothes that are form fitting (and NOT A-line!). Thank you, thank you, thank you! I just don't think there can be more rewarding a job than yours... U hiring? :)

LBHey, Dr. Bittner and staff, What a great staff you have. I have never felt more at ease or at home than at your office. I was learing at coming to California you guys have a reputation. That is only for some people. I was turning 50 the day of my procedure. You here that turning 50 sucks. Well in my case it really "sucked". The Happy Birthday song was great!! Thanks to Phillip, Angela, Tammy, Jillan,Ron and if I left anyone off thanks also. The Texas Trio will never forget our trip to Beverly Hills . We all seem to be doing well. I would say the 4th day was the worst in swelling, but for the first time I have a waist and I know the final results are still to come. Again thanks for a great experience. Dr. Bittner you and your staff are the best. One of the Texas Tro

Hi Dr. Bittner! Ohmygoodness!!! I don't even remember posing for that photo! As I told you pre-op, again, I take this opportunity to I state emphatically so, that your site, your staff, the service, is da' bomb! Wow! I am so proud of myself for having the wisdom to choose the best! Thank you all very much for 'tempering' my enthusiasm with sound judgement as to exactly what I needed to have done. Left to my own judgement, I was ready to wave a 'fat-be-gone' wand over any part of my body that seemed 'poochy.' I appreciate the professional advice. The results of that advice are already looking good! Dr. Bittner, I appreciate your phone call, but you know I had to get my work out on! I am already doing my normal 45 min. workout (no aerobics - just yet), cleaning the house, bopping around, feeling completely pleased with the results I see. And you tell me the best is yet to come?! Man, oh man!!! I am reminded of a verse in a James Brown song, "jump back, I can't stand myself"! Owww!!! I am already feeling a healing-adit-site itch. Hope Aloe Vera around the small adit-site is okay...? I had thought about getting Liposculpture/suction for a couple of years now. Did lots of research. Even went for a consultation with Dr. A , (oops! maybe we can beep the name out...?) waaaay too expensive! I was not at peace..something felt off. I really could not determine why I was on the fence about having the surgery done. The Institute certainly courted my business quite ardently, with literature, discount coupons, emails, all of which turned me further off. I still did not know why. Then, one day while interneting, I saw the Beverly Hills Liposculpture site. BINGO. Suddenly, I understood what my hesitation/doubt was about with The A Institute: I did not really know what I was getting into. Are you kiddin'?! Liposculpture is a relationship between the patient and the surgeon. Trust has to abound! Big time! Tell me what to expect (pre and post-op) what the cost is, give me reassurance that if something were to happen you got my back- or stomach or arms. LOL> Anyway, what I did not get at the A Institute, I got five times over at BH Liposculpture namely: Julian, Stephanie, Jonathan and certainly no small mention to Rod and finally Dr. Bittner. Beverly Hills Liposculpture and service par excellence, are definitely synonymous. 7.5lbs of thanks to you and your wonderful team. Sincerely, A(nother) satisfied customer!

I just wanted to say, from the first phone call for information, making the appointment to, the procedure, to getting in the taxi to head to the airport was an awesome experience. Every person I dealt with was friendly, honest, and professional. Julianne, Ashley, Phillip, Trevor and of course Dr Bittner. (if I am wrong on the names, hey with the "keep you relaxed" medicine I have to say, I still wondered who put my clothes on me :) Thank you all for your up front honesty. The procedure was easy, great video of underwater sea life, to great conversation and laughter all the way through the procedure. Well I was a little goofy at the end. Thank you Dr Bittner for your honesty in what I should expect, then the no pressure while I decided what I should do. It is getting better all the time. If any of you out there question whether this is something for you, you can feel confident you will be taken very good care of !! I will see you in June for my legs ~ I CAN'T Wait !! You are all the BEST !! Hey Ashley, have you gone for your scuba diving certification yet ??? I will keep asking :)

It's been 6 1/2 weeks since my surgery. This past weekend I was in Palm Springs for the White Party. I was shirtless most of the time in front of thousands of other gay men. I wanted to let you know how great I felt with my new body and the work that you and your team did. It really has to be seen to be believed just how good I looked! I've worked so hard since my surgery to bring out the work you did by dieting and exercising and it's all paying off. The compliments were plentiful and I had no shame in owning up to the fact that Dr. Bittner was the major roll in my new found confidence and happiness. If this is what 6 weeks has done I can only imagine what 6 months will look like. Thank you again.

Hello Dr. Bittner- Staff. I wanted to say THANK YOU very much for your professionalism and kindness. I am so jazzed with how i feel and look in my clothes since my procedure on 3-14-08 . I was very scared and concerned being a Cardiac patient, not to many doctors want to treat someone HIGH RISK but after the consultation I knew i was in good hands. I am feeling great and looking even better. EVERYTHING I asked for I got. My family and friends and co-workers are amazed how good I look and how fast I recovered. Watch out summer here I come. P.S. I have gone from a 16 to a 12 and it hasnt even been two months. THANK YOU !

To Dr. Bittner and the Dream Team. It's been 21 days since my procedure. I'm still a little sore but boy...I can't believe the change in my body. I look and feel 10 years younger. I had to dispose of my waredrobe and buy all new clothes! I went from a size 14/16 to an 8/10. I'm 22 pounds lighter and have a new lease on life. Your team is so amazing, professional and funny. I did extensive research on different doctors and procedures before chosing you and the Dream Team. I made the right choice and would recommend anyone interested in lipo to come and see you. It was worth flying in to have the procedure done. Johnathan told me I'd say to myself, "why didn't I have this done sooner!" He was right... Thanks again.

Okay I just had to send ya'll an update. I will be the first to admit I was a bit hesitant in believing that I would be back in the gym so soon after my procedure. But it has been almost two weeks since I had my full abdomen and love handles done (on 4/7/08) and I just got done training and feel great! Who would of thought I would be able to complete a 10 minute ab workout, albeit slightly modified, followed by strength training with no pain. I am a true believer that you guys ROCK! Thanks for everything!

Hi, Dr. Bittner, I finally made it home yesterday after a long day of flights and driving time. Thank you for the phone message and the picture email. That is so nice of you to check on me. I also wanted to express my gratitude for the wonderful care I got when I was at your clinic. Eveyone was so sweet and understanding with me. I have never been treated so well by a medical staff. Usually, when I have to deal with people in a medical setting, I will be able to say nice things about only some of the people. However, in your office, every single person was wonderful!! Please tell Rod "Thank You" from me, for being so nice and seeing me through this adventure. I am still swollen and sore, but I am confident that everything will be just fine. I may have few more areas worked on and I wouldn't think of going anywhere but your office. Thank you for everything!
KF
Dr. Bittner and team, Thank you for making this such a positive experience. It has been 4 days since the procedure and my only complaint is the insane itchiness! Pain has been very minimal and what discomfort I have had has been easily managed with Tylenol. Dr. Bittner you and your entire team are AWESOME! I have no regrets flying cross country to get my procedure and I LOVE my new flat tummy and tiny waist. Looking forward to getting out on our boat this summer.
TM
Thank you so much for everything you've done. I got my love handles and upper and lower abdomen done and I couldn't be happier with the results. Everybody asked me why I was going through with this procedure and now I have people asking me how much it costs and where I went. I'm back to normal routines and am recovering quite well. I no longer am hearing the horrible comments of "Are you pregnant?" Now people are asking. "Have you lost weight?" I just can't thank you enough.
VK
Just wanted to write in and say that I am absolutely amazed at how quick and easy the procedure was and how quick and easy the recovery has been. Only 11 days post-op and, though still swollen, I am back to my normal routine and feel very little discomfort and pain. Everyone there was so fun and a pleasure to talk to. I'm coming back for more in a couple of months and actually look forward to it. Thanks again!
AB
Dr. Bittner you work with an amazing team of individuals! I had my full abdomen and love handles done almost 3 months ago and I came back yesterday for my upper arms and chin! I must say the results are already amazing, besides the jock strap looking thing I've worn on my head for the last 30 hours I'm feeling and looking great! Being a nurse I was most inpressed with the perfection and professionalism that your entire staff displays, special thanks to Trevor, Jonathan and Julian! See u all soon!

Thank you & the whole Dr. B team for all your TLC & treatments April 3 & 4th. I'm sore, but SO happy and was thrilled w/ both individual and team care. Julian, when I walked into the office April 3, you had 1 1/2 waiting rooms full of people, you were on & off the phone, juggling peoples' queries, concerns, signing people in. You were so pleasant & personal with me Wed April 2, both Thurs April 3 and Fri April 4. You are positive, energetic, "unfrantic" even though you were getting bombarded on all sides. I was/am impressed and grateful for your style of caring, through e-mails, phone calls, and in person. You have great & immediate impact, Julian and it leaves a lasting positive presence. Thank you to Dr. Alan Bittner, Stephanie, my PA sucker Rod, my sweet daily escort back to the Luxe , Ashley, and Johnny the cheerleader. I asked Johnny last night about suggesting that people bring black garbage bags, cut them open, layer under their own bedsheets (I brought my own old sheets & old towels) because even w/ Chux & old towels, my maxi pads got soaked & dripped on the Luxe's luxurious sheets . Maybe I'm just a "leaker" . He thought the bags would be too slippery, but I used them here @ home in bed & on our couch & slipping was not a problem. You need to warn people not to start LAUGHING when they have one or all of their compression garments removed & are replacing their own maxi-pads & trying to squeeze back into garments & holding the pads in place (unless you bring another pair of hands).......because if you're in the bathroom of the Luxe, standing on your junker towel, trying to hold the pads & pull on the garments & you get the GIGGLES, you will be STUCK there, with fountains dripping down your arms, legs, back & abd until your laughter subsides. Unfortunately, there are mirrors all around, so you get constant reminders of how ridiculous you look & the laughter goes on & on. I didn't expect to LAUGH so much after these procedures. Thank you so much. I'd researched a lot of liposuction approaches on line before choosing you guys. I think you have this fine-honed, great results & seem to cut recuperation time down quite a bit. I am thrilled so far & I'm still in EDEMA & leaking phases. Gratefully,
CS
Dear Dr Bittner, Many thanks for the photo (although I cannot remember it been taken). I eventually got home after an 11 hour flight and only after a couple of hours before I had to fly to S pain to meet my husband and the kids. My children didn’t know where I had gone, I told them I had fallen down the stairs and that was why I was so sore. ( I am such a big liar). But seriously thanks a million for all your help and kindness. A huge thanks also to Julian and Johnaton and everyone else who was so kind to look after me, I feel like I dreamt the whole thing, I can’t believe I have been in LA and had liposculpture and am back home in Ireland. I am still pretty sore, numb and very swollen at the moment which I know is all part of the process. But hopefully this will gradually reside and should get much better. I have stopped wearing the garment now, which feels strange as I feel my skin is tacked to my body (really weird feeling). I hope you are all keeping well and enjoying the lovely weather you are all so lucky to have. Again a big thanks to everyone, especially yourself Dr. Bittner.

First and foremost I would like to thank Dr. Bittner and crew for making me feel welcome and comfortable during my procedure. Julian is such a gem ,very patient, charming and very knowledgeable , I already lost count of how many times I called your office due to scheduling conflicts and endless questions of what and how. Anyways, I first opted for tummytuck about 2 months ago but was discouraged by my yoga teacher by saying "Do you know that they reposition your belly button during tummy tuck?" WIth that on mind , I relentlessly searched the net for the best doctor for liposculpture. And that's when Dr. Bittner came to light. I like how he has his website structured in a way that best explains the price and length of recovery and what to expect during the procedure. He had it in a way that if you're making a paper in Liposuction, this is the best website that the net can offer. Tons of info, before and after pictures, testimonials, very easy to navigate website. It explains everything you need to know about liposulpture. Like wikipedia.....LOL! Dr. Bittner told me that he can only take 60%-70% of the fat out. Are you kidding me, Rod took every inch of my ugly fat off my belly. I can't believe how flat my tummy looks now.Since I'm having my belly done, I figured weight loss needs to match my arms and chin to look more proportioned. So I had my procedure (full abdomen, love handles, back, chin, jowls and arms) on a Thursday and went back to work the following monday. I started walking 45 minutes on the 3rd day after the procedure to prevent blood clots. OMG, you should see how my co-workers stared and talked behind my back. Who could not have noticed, My body changed overnight, from a size 11 to a size 6. Also when we had my child's birthday party , my husband made sure he invited our closest friends and relatives to show me off. My girlfriends even asked me if I had breast augmentation. Of course, smaller waist , means bigger breast. Dr. Bittner you are indeed my very own fountain of youth. My husband can't stop complimenting me cause my body and weight change encouraged him even more to work out every day. I'm still a bit sore in my abdomen 4 weeks post op, but I still can't believed the transformation happened so quickly. Now I'm wearing my skinny pants (of course with spanx), low-waist just how my daughter's like theirs. Even my hairdresser who had a tummytuck 3 weeks prior to my lipo cannot believed the results. Rod , you are heaven sent and Dr. Bittner you are a blessing. I just can't thank you enough guys. And for those people considering a tummy tuck , please do your own research and make sure you consult with Dr. Bittner first so you can make a better and an informative decision. He is worth every penny. He won't promise you the moon and the stars above, but he gave me heaven instead!!!!

Hey guys! Just giving you an update. It was three weeks last Thursday. Still cant feel my skin (strange sensation). Swelling coming down. Still hard and lumpy in most spots but is getting better. Seems to even out when I wear a "shaper" and keeps swelling down. My "skinny" jeans are falling off and I have had to make a new hole in my belts! Have had several comments about looking like I have lost weight. I am back to full swing, lifting weights 3 days a week and cardio. Have not played a soccer game yet however, it is still sore when touched and I don't want to get slammed into the wall playing a game. Keep you posted!

Who’s that HOT girl with her eyes closed? Ha! Kidding… Sorry it took me so long to reply to this email. I just wanted to say you guys are all so wonderful and I appreciate all the kindness and fun… Sure makes it easier to have your side handles grabbed and sucked out when everyone makes it so easy. I feel wonderful- still have this sexy girtle on…and I am healing very fast. I’ll have to cruise back up there in 6 months so I can get the full before and after pics…I already see such a big difference! Exciting. Thanks again and keep up the good work! Cheers!
KA
Dear Dr. Bittner, Well, I’m sore sore sore, but I really want you to know that I feel nothing but joy at this transformation of my body. Some people might think me mad to do this – the cost, the soreness – but I am so full of pleasure and comfort with my new shape that, for me, it is all worth it. More than worth it - Even at my slimmest, years ago, I wasn’t as shapely as your talents have made me. I feel just so……good. Thank you!
MG
I want to thank you Dr. Bittner. You made me feel very comfortable before the procedure. Rod was also amazing. He kept talking to me and helped me relax. ( I told Rod I'd remember to mention him). On the second day when I looked at myself in the mirror and I saw my flat belly and a waist that I never had, I was thrilled! I am now one week post procedure and I couldn't be happier with the results.
RT

I am 2 weeks post procedures and and the only thing I am wondering now is why the heck I haven't done this sooner! I arrived in town on my first day of procedures without a prior consultation. Everything in your office ran like a well oiled machine and the efficiency and relaxed attitude of the staff was very impressive. I was seen within minutes of filling out the paperwork and then, r. Bittner came in and we got started. I had A LOT of things done... I mean A LOT!! I am basically revamped from below my breasts to my knees AND my chin. That being done over 2 days was a lot I know, however, I was very determined to get it all done and get on with the recovery since I have a month off work. Overall, I was told I am less 17 lbs of fat. WHEW! I have had very realistic expectations in figuring my recovery might take a little longer given all the procedures I had done and I was right. I'm still a little sore and stiff, but I'M HAPPY!! I can already fit into form fitting clothing (yoga pants) and look good in them. I've NEVER looked good in them and always had to wear a big t-shirt to cover my saddlebags, thighs rubbing together and pooch of a stomach. Rod, was fabulous! I can't say enough about him and of course, Dr. Bittner. Both were very encouraging and it was reassuring to find we were all on the same page in my expectations and the areas I wanted GONE! Both days were a breez in doing the procedures. I talked a lot with, Rod, the first day, however, I don't remember much about the second day of procedures. I can't wait to see how my body shapes up over the next several months since I'm already off to such a great start! I was already going for walks or walking on the treadmill my very first day of procedures. I took it easy, but felt better when I exercised a little bit each day. If there is anything I can say to those who are skeptical or anxious about having such procedures done is this; If there is an area of your body that just weighs on how you feel about yourself then... JUST DO IT! I told my boyfriend that if someone offered me a million dollars, but told me I could not have these procedures done, I would do the procedures because there is NOTHING that can do for me or make me feel about myself what I do now. Thank you BHLS!!! You guys/gals ROCK!
MD
Dear Beverly Hills Liposculpture, It's been three weeks since my procedure and I'm already seeing a big difference. I had my full abdomen, love handles and chest done. The bruising and most of the swelling has gone away. I'm still a little sore, but it was all worth it. The procedure wasn't very painful at all. I can't wait to see my full results. Thank you for sending me the pictures. I would love to go back and take some after pictures in about 3-6 months. Thank you Dr. Bittner, and thanks to all the staff at Beverly Hills Liposculpture. You are all awesome !
OS
Hi again Everyone!! Today marks almost one complete week since you relieved me of 1.5 lbs from my upper arms and face (1/18/08). Until today, I wore mufflers and turtle necks out in public, more for my unwillingness to have people wonder if I was a victim of a crime. BUT I LOOK GREAT! I went today to have my lashes tinted at a place where I have never been, the woman working on me thought I was younger than her (and she is only 35 and cute !!!!!) So, this means results are great after only 6 full days!! There are 2 things I am actually looking forward to with in the next couple of months; renewing my Passport and my driver's license, no joke! So thanks again, and I plan to stop by your office soon when this rain slows down and I am in the immediate area. Happy Friday!
CA
Wow, I tried keeping my liposculpture a secret but people kept asking me how I lost so much weight so fast! I just couldn't keep lying to them! Actually I've only lost 5 lbs. but on my 5'1" frame it looks like I've lost 20lbs.! Exactly 8 weeks ago you worked on my full abdomen, love handles, upper arms and thighs. The results are incredible and I feel amazing. I'm so grateful I fund your website because I was seriously considering a tummy tuck until learning about YOUR liposculpture techniques. I'm a chiropractor and my job is very physical. To think of leaving my practice 6-8 weeks for a tummy tuck deterred me on many levels. But after my liposculpture procedure I was able to return to work adjusting my patients in just 4 days! Yes I was sore (like I had the work-out of my life), and yes I was swollen, but working and moving around actually felt good and took a lot of the pain away. Let me just say that after 3 pregnancies in the past 5 years and paying more attention to my business than myself, liposculpture is the best present I could've ever given my super busy self. It's not only changed me physically but has had more of a positive emotional and psychological impact on me than I ever thought. I thank you and your entire staff for being a part of that. By the way, my husband sends an extra special thanks because the work you did on my thighs somehow made my derriere lok like it did when I was 18 years olds! Go figure!
CF
Dear Beverly Hills Liposculpture, I would like to thank you for the kind, friendly and professional treatment that I (and the hubby) received during my procedure. My procedure was done on 1/18/08 and the entire experience was fantastic. I had a consultation weeks earlier with Stephanie and I left the office VERY excited to get liposculpture. On the day of the procedure, the hubby and I entered the office to a smiling Julian and a wise-cracking Jonathan. Great combination! Julian had even noticed that I'd cut off my dreadlocks. I knew when Dr. Bittner starting marking me up that the party had begun. The laughing gas did its job, as I recall laughing hysterically while watching Meerkat Manor. I feel that I may owe Kyle and Rod apologies, as I remember a lot of talking/laughing but remember none of the context. That can't be good! :-) Truthfully, I don't even remember posing for the 'fat holding' picture with Jonathan or my hubby driving me the 2.5 hours to my house in San Diego. Most importantly, I do remember everyone going out of the way to make sure that I was comfortable, and the feeling that I was in good hands. At no point, did I feel anxious or even pain. It has only been a few days and even with the compression garments.. I see a waist! I look forward to the weeks and months to come, especially since I plan to be a Hottie this summer. I already know that I'll be back to visit for the thighs. Woo Hoo!
RR
Hi BH Lipo Gang! It has been almost 3 weeks since my procedure (abdomen, love handles, hips and back) and I could not be happier! Every day I think about you guys and how glad I am I made the decision to get lipo! Why on earth did I put this off for so long? I was crazy to live with that old chubby me!! I feel so much better about my body and I already feel so much more confidence. I used to hate walking by a mirror or seeing my reflection and realizing that I truely looked so fat and lumpy. In the last 2 weeks, I have LOVED walking by the mirror! I actually look at my body before I get in the shower and smile. AMAZING! The first day after the procedure was OK. I was pretty sore, but it was managed by a few tylenols. By day 3 I went for a hike and I'm now back to the gym (no jogging yet). This past weekend I went to try on clothes and it was such a pleasure to catch the side view of myself in a t-shirt and not see those ugly bra rolls. I have a smooth back! A smooth back!! Wow. I feel a bit silly for being as nervous as I was about the whole experience because it was no big deal. It was over before I even knew what happened. Your staff could not have been nicer and I swear that you have the best medical office I have ever been to. Rod, Kyle and Trevor are great! Your wife is wonderful and she made me laugh when she dressed like ghost to freak me out while I was on laughing gas. I didn't expect to have lipo and comic relief. I don't know why some people say they don't remember anything because I think I remember every minute. Julian at the front desk is a treasure and she really sealed the deal when I walked in the door and she told me and my hubby not to worry. Of course the website was wonderful too. I don't want to forget to mention how much the honesty of your website impressed me. It was very refreshing to be told the truth about what to expect. To sum it up, I am very happy with my decision and would do it again for sure. My husband still swears I looked good before, but I think he is happy I had it done. Thank you so much for changing my life. You all are wonderful people and I am glad to have found you. I will recommend you highly to anyone that asks and if I get fat in the future, you will see me again.
CK. from Malibu, California
It's been almost 2 months since the procedure. I feel and look great. I had gotten done my waist, love handle, abdomen, arms, and outer thighs. (A LOT!) So it was a pretty big procedure...also considering that I had to fly from D.C. I was very sore for the first 2-3 days, but it was certainly bearable. I went to get my hair done 2 days after the procedure. The staff was great in making me feel comfortable and relaxed. They were very considerate and accomodating. I was amazed how thin my waist got after the procedure. At first it was swollen and lumpy, but now it looks very natural and smooth. My arms look great as well. So I'm more confident in wearing fitted clothes. My trouble spots are gone. I work out more, and eat healthier so that I can take full advantage of the results. I'm so glad I had gotten the procedure. Dr. Bittner truly performed a flawless job on my body, and I thank him very much. I'm just really happy with the result, and the whole experience was worth every penny!

Hi Dr Bittner and wonderful staff!! I am so HAPPY!! It has been 3 full weeks since my procedure and besides giving birth to my beautiful daughter, this has definitely been the best thing I have ever done for myself. Ever!!!! I had my full abdomen, love handles, hips, flanks done. I really expected more than 3 canisters of fat!! I must say, that the actually procedure is kind of a blur to me. (no more Ativan for me!!). I was not scared or afraid and very excited to get rid of my fat!! I remember that it really didn't hurt, and at times was a little ticklish! Of course, being an RN and afraid of clots, I started walking that first day. I just started jogging again, but taking it easy. I couldn't believe the results when I took off the garments on day 3. I was so shocked when I looked in the mirror. Looking past the bruising, my sagging, hanging, fat tummy and fat hips were gone. Gone!! It was so amazing!!! Then the swelling set in on day 4. Oh my! I gained 4 pounds in water retention. I was expecting some swelling but this was something else. My poor little ankles were so swollen! . The swelling started to go down a few days later, and is so much better now. I have since lost the 4 pounds and 6 more pounds!! The bruising is now gone, too. I am just starting to feel like "myself" again. My spine area and lower back was quite tender and bruised for almost 2 weeks. The skin around my whole abdomen area is now quite numb but "tingly" and tender to touch. It is a very odd sensation!! The skin is lumpy and hard, too! It really seems to "tighten up" while exercising/moving alot. This feels so weird. I know that the numbness can last for months. I just can't get over how much my flabby skin has firmed up. I really wasn't expecting it to happen, at least not so quickly! Wow! I just want to say thanks to all of you again for your kindness, patience and professionalism. I will definitely recommend you to any of my friends thinking of having liposculpture done. No hesitation!! You have changed my life, and I feel so much better about myself now!!! Thanks again,
JJ
I just wanted to say Thank you for everything. Since my procedure in May, I have gone from a size 14 to an 8 in work clothes and a 6 in jeans. I feel so good about myself now and have recently began to have my monthly cycles again. I am now hopeful that I might just be able to get pregnant on my own without fertility drugs or adoption. You changed my life with what you did for me. Thank you so much!
CW
Dr. Bittner, Let me start by saying what a fantastic staff you have. Julian was delightful and extremely helpful when I first arrived. After filling out a few papers and looking at what areas I wanted to have treated, she told me I would be able to have it all done in one day. That made me VERY happy! Kyle deserves substantial praise not only for having to put up with my incessant nervous chater and laughter but because she had the most unpleasant task of having to prep and numb me. Rod was great in his job of removing the fat (and there was lots of it) from my body. I am sure there were times he would have liked to have taped my mouth shut. Jonathan had the "pleasure" of taking me into the recovery room and then out to my boyfriend when he arrived to pick me up. I must say that I am the biggest chicken as far as pain is involved and I was made comfortable by your staff. It has been almost two weeks since my procedure and am still a little tender and swollen but it has been worth it. I did have a lot done " full abdomen, love handles/waist, hips, inner & outer thighs and knees" but each day gets better. Even with the swelling, I have seen changes and am liking what I see (bruising excluded). I can't wait until the tenderness has gone away to put my jeans on again. I would definitely recommend you to anyone who is considering this type of procedure. I will be back again so you can make more imprvements to my body! I am hoping I will be back down there in 3-6 months so you can take the after pictures of me. Again, many thanks to you and to your staff for taking such good care of me.

Hello, Fellow Concerned Liposcuplture Hopeful,
Here's my story. I weighed 205 and went down to 165 after two years of regular exercise and strict diet. I realized it was impossible to lose two areas. For several months after having exhausted all the possibilities of losing my love handles and abdomen area I began to research Liposuction procedures and ultimately making the best educated decision I believe I could possibly have ever made. After spending time studying the different methods employed by various top doctors, recovery times, and most importantly complications the choice had become clear. Like any surgery there can always be the chance of negative effects or ultimately death. With that in mind, this is not a decision you or I should take lightly and my months of research led me to Dr. Alan Bittner.
Let me begin by saying watching "Superstar Jonny" on youtube.com first led me to Dr. Bittner and his exceptional, hand selected team of caring associates. I practically memorized Dr. Bittner's website and made comparisons with other doctors throughout the States. Considering this is my only body and I can afford the best I would've travelled anywhere from Miami to have my procedure to insure a complete, uncomplicated success.
At your arrival you will soon find the entire place exudes a cozy feel and not a stuffy cold medical clinic. From your initial call to their serene, secluded office located in the heart of the world famous Rodeo dr. you immediately feel invited. Getting out of the elevator and making your way to the clinic you feel a small anxious feeing however you quickly remember others have followed this same path towards perfection. The anticipation is quickly calmed by the beautiful Julian who greets you with a warm inviting smile behind an elegant desk. Moments later you are required to fill in some short forms and eventually are escorted to your consultation room. Everyone is so nice and comes over to introduce themselves, you never feel uncomfortable or out of place. A statuesque gentlemen with bright eyes walks in to introduce himself after a bevy of beautiful assistants, as Dr. Bittner and he immediately puts you at ease with his professional demeanor, candor, and warm smile. Once the formalities are out of the way the procedure begins shortly after. You are asked several times if you'd like to use the washroom however that was the furthest thing in my mind, I was ready for action. All those months of anticipation finally answered I would get rid of the fat forever. I never thought it would be as simple as it was. I actually giggled several times, I was actually slightly embarrassed thinking I know I like pain to some degree but this really tickles! Fortunately, I had the best assistant, her voice completely made me feel at ease the entire time, she was my angel, and then one after another they each came in to check on my progress, I couldn't really tell you what I spoke about or with who or at what given time, although I vaguely remember mentioning Kyle with Trevor .. without question the procedure just got better and better along the way.
I had my procedure Tuesday 12/11/07 and everything is going better than anticipated. The pain meds provided came in handy the first two days even though the pain really wasn't that unbearable. I'm realistic and only anticipating seeing real results within 3 - 6 months. In the meantime, I consider myself blessed I choose Dr. Bittner and his team of professionals to work on the only possession that has any real value to me.
Should anyone have any questions or doubts whatsoever, take it from me as one of the biggest skeptics, I stand by this claim unequivocally, Dr. Bittner and his divine team of experts are THE complete solution for your Liposculpture needs.

Dr. Bittner, I am already seeing GREAT results. I saw the most amazing thing the day after the surgery. When my wife removed my garment so I could shower I could see I no longer have a spare tire around my waist. You have taken the "Mushroom Top" I was wanting. I thought results would take much longer to see. If the results are supposed to improve more from this I am simply speechless. Other than some swelling and some lumpiness I can see I no longer have a belly or love handles. I am so happy that I have broke down and cried several times. My shirts are already just draping off me. I can't believe what you have done for me. A side effect of this procedure is depression? Not for me buddy!!! It's Thursday morning and it's been four days since my treatment, I am still a little sore, but 100% better than I was. I would love to tell the world about your business. What is the best way to spread the word of your FABULOUS office and staff? I sure wish you could see my four day results. It's unbelievable. I would love to offer up my before and after pictures (when I have healed) for you website. I know I would have liked to seen more males in the before and afters. You truly are a miracle worker. Please tell your whole team that I think the world of them and I truly enjoyed being around each and every one of you. In your debt,
MB
Hi Dr.Bittner, I can't thank all of you enough for being soooo nice and making me (and my husband) feel very comfortable. I know I have thanked you,Trevor, Jonathan, Rod and Kyle but I wanted to make sure I gave a huge thanks to Stephanie (for doing a wonderful consult) and a GIANT thanks to Julian; she just could not have been nicer and really made me feel as if everything would be fine (I don't know how the place would run without her!!). I got back to San Francisco last night after my third procedure and am feeling OK today. Everyone was great about telling me what to expect so no surprises at all. I have already called to clarify a couple of things and everyone has been very patient when answering them. I can already see a difference and am so I am excited to see what the next 3-6 months brings once all the swelling has gone down. Thanks again, this will truly be a life changing experience for me!! If I have calculated right the total fat removed is in excess of 40 pounds!! If any of you every come up to the Bay Area please feel free to give me a call; I would be happy to show you around or at the very least give you some great recommendations in the city or the Napa Valley.

Dear Dr. Bittner, Just to give you a little bit of background, I have been trying to run my legs off for about 15 years now…It was not until recently that I seriously considered getting liposuction. I must have read every site that surfaced on Google about liposuction. The one that caught my eye was yours, and I thank my lucky stars for that. Although I'm from Texas , I did not hesitate to book my flight, hotel, and make that appointment because it was the most informative website around. It pretty much tells you everything you need to know with no B.S. (as you put it:)) I flew in to town 11/25, my appointment was on the 26th, and I must admit I was very nervous. I never had any type of surgery done before. I have been grappling with this for a long time...I wanted to put this to rest in my head and find out once and for all if I could be helped or not. Most people that I talked to about doing liposuction told me I was crazy and that most of the girth on my legs was due to muscle. I was prepared for you to tell me this and fly home the following day. I marked my buttocks, inner/outer thighs, knees, and calves to be worked on, but I ended up just getting my inner/outer thighs and knees done based on your recommendation. I can't thank you enough for being honest about what I actually needed and bringing me back to earth about my expectations. :) I already paid in full and was willing to go with whatever you said. After getting marked up, a few pre-op pictures, I was ready to go. Kyle came in shortly, and I have to thank her for introducing me to laughing gas. I never experienced that before, and it made the pricking and numbing go with little to no pain. She was incredibly sweet, she entertained my million questions, and her conversation (forced by me :)) due to my nervousness made the time pass by quickly. Next up was Rod. He too was so kind. He did the dirty work and sucked up that fat that has been plaguing me all my life! I was amazed to see all that fat in that container. I'm glad it was in there and finally out of me. :) Rod also addressed my nervous chatter and made the procedure go as comfortably as possible. Lastly, you came in to do some quality control and the last bit of liposculpting. Poor Jonathan was tasked with putting on my "ziploc" and was exposed to parts he probably didn't want to see, and Trevor was kind enough to pose with me in my post-op pic. I can't thank you and your staff enough for helping me begin to get over my "leg complex" and finally gaining confidence in that arena. Your website is awesome as it has everything one needs to know to make an informed decision about liposuction. It's neat to know that everyone on your staff has had some type of work done. The upfront pricing, testimonials, quick recovery time, out of town info, FAQ all played an integral part in my decision making to go to Cali . It was worth every bit of my time and money! I can already see the difference and am just elated with the results (after 2 days). It's hard to believe that given more time, it'll get even better! Thank you again for your extreme kindness, hiring a wonderful staff, and just being genuine in your support and service. I will never forget this life changing experience and the fortunate opportunity that allowed me to meet such an incredible group of people. Warmest Regards,
HN
It has been 2 weeks and 3 days since my liposculpture. I hope everyone had a happy Thanksgiving. I just had to tell you guys how happy I was when my mom came in town for the holiday. Right away she noticed something different about me--she said Wow Nina you lost weight---a LOT of weight, what did you do?!!! this made the decision to get liposculpture done WELL worth the money because my mom holds no qualms at all when it comes to telling me or my siblings how much weight we are gaining,(Oh Nina, you gaining weight ain't cha?) I always feel the love at those words. Anyway since it was a holiday I decided to wear some regular clothes instead of my comfy sweats and was delighted to find that I could fit a brand new pair of jeans that I couldn't fit when I bought them (because I refused to buy a bigger pair I was gonna lose the weight). They had no ugly rolls hanging off the sides and I even had a little room left on them. I saw a couple of people give me a double take, it was great! I am still wearing my compression garments because I noticed that gravity was hurting me. I am still sore in different places on different days.I thought I was so cute that day but it was short lived because I had to pull those jeans off after a few hours, due to the button on there was causing discomfort to my stomach, not quite ready for form fitting jeans yet I guess. I love my waist it curves in now, it's awesome! I'm so excited to watch my body change! I will e-mail you again on my progress or when something tickles me that I have to write it right away!

Dr Bittner and staff, Its a day after my procedure and im doing great I wanted you all to know that I am the biggest baby when it comes to anything medical even passing out at the sight of a needle BUT my procedure was much easier than anticipated and the entire staff was incredible! I was practically anxiety free. Thank you Kyle for the conversation. Something in the drugs made me a bit "chatty" and who knows what we talked about but you were awesome. Off to smaller size pants! All My best,
CC
I just wanted to share these before and after pictures with you. (Not great quality pictures, but you can still see the difference, especially viewing them side by side!) I know it's only been about two weeks since the procedure, but I'm already thrilled by the changes I see. There is just a little swelling left, no bruises left, and no more pain (which wasn't bad in the first place.) I also wanted to thank you all for your kindness, excellent service, and efficiency! It was well worth the 30 minutes the procedure took! Thanks again!
